Erica Bankston has over a decade of experience in marketing and business development. Born in to a construction business, she became passionate about quality, detail and design very young.

Erica has worked in every aspect of real estate from land development to interior design. Her most recent project, The Porches at Heritage, is located in Fort Smith, AR. As Owner of The Heritage Real Estate, Co., Erica brings fresh and innovative perspective, with core values grounded in hard work and excellence in serving others, personally and professionally.

Erica has been married for twelve years to her husband Cody and they make their home in Natural Dam, Arkansas along with their three children.
