LACY MCCAIN

Looking for “that” house, the one that has everything you’re looking for, can be a tall order. Having the right agent can be the difference between landing a house that you like and finding a home that you love. Lacy McCain believes in finding something exactly right for every buyer, doesn’t believe anyone should have to settle, and works hard to prove both to her clients.

On a fundamental level, Lacy is drawn to helping people and that has been the motivation behind her entire career path. Straight out of college, she worked in sales, learning the importance of building relationships. From there, she saw an opportunity to provide even greater assistance through the justice system. Serving as a juvenile probation officer in Crawford County, her everyday life is resourcing families and juveniles with the solutions that meet their specific needs. It’s that same tenacity to get the job done well that makes her such an asset for each transaction and client. The crossover with real estate doesn’t stop there; Lacy has extensive family history in the industry. Her father, grandfather, and great grandfather left a legacy of outstanding service as agents and brokers across the River Valley. For decades, Lacy’s family has played various roles in the advancement and development of Fort Smith and its surrounding areas, and as part of the next generation, she brings her own exciting perspective to the table. Real estate is, after all, written in her DNA.

Lacy is a lifelong resident of the Fort Smith community. She and her husband, Bill, spend most of their time traveling to watch their daughters in various sports, including tennis, volleyball, and cheer. When she’s not catching a game, Lacy enjoys concerts, playing tennis herself, and refurbishing furniture.
